Kim’s practice focuses on all transactional aspects in corporate mergers and acquisitions. He received his Juris Doctor, in 2003 from the University of Iowa College of Law, Iowa City, Iowa. He also received a Master of Law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, Iowa City, Iowa, with a major in International & Comparative Law. Kim received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Korea College of Law in 1992.
