Zimmerli looks forward to leading the organization’s strategic efforts and managing the firm’s continued growth. He will be supported in his leadership role with an Executive Committee consisting of Partners Andrew M. Tatge and David C. Kim.
Zimmerli focuses his legal practice on the agricultural and financial industries. He has developed expertise and a unique perspective in drainage and water law, representing clients in various regulatory and environmental concerns related to water and agriculture. Beyond the field, you’ll find him representing banks and other creditors in bankruptcy and state courts to enforce the creditor’s rights, recover collateral and maximize recovery on troubled loans.
