Gislason & Hunter Attorney Adds North Dakota License

In late 2024, Gislason & Hunter attorney Adam N. Froehlich was sworn in to the bar of the State of North Dakota before Blue Earth County, Minnesota judge Hon. Mark E. Betters and subsequently admitted to practice law in the state of North Dakota.  Froehlich is currently the only Gislason & Hunter attorney licensed in North Dakota and further expands the firm’s footprint which includes attorneys licensed in Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Virginia, and now North Dakota.  Regarding the licensure, Froehlich said, “it is an honor to be able to add the ability to practice in North Dakota for the benefit of both current and future clients across our region, including southern Minnesota, northern Iowa, and beyond.”  Froehlich’s primary practice areas include finance and banking, litigation, business and corporate law, agriculture law and agribusiness, general counsel services, and real estate, environmental law and land use.  He is currently also admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota and before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota.”
