Trey V. Perez

Trey Perez practices law in the areas of business and corporate law, finance and banking, real estate, environmental law and land use.

He is passionate about intellectual property and helping his clients understand how crucial it is to protect their creations, identity, and brands through trademark and copyright law. Trey also focuses on business planning and mergers and acquisitions. From advising new owners on setting up a business through executing an exit strategy, he works diligently to help businesses form the proper structure and entity type to promote growth, mitigate risk, and remain competitive in the marketplace. Assisting his clients in understanding the long-term impact each decision has and eventually realizing gains from their hard work is extremely gratifying for Trey.

In his spare time, Trey enjoys reading, indoor rock climbing, fishing, chess, and playing the French horn.
